4.7.11 All ECUs
Vehicle Reset (L322-10, L319, L320)
This routine will send a reset or reboot command to all ECU’s. It is equivalent to a soft reset.
Usage
On L319-04, it should be used to restore the clock on the instrument pack ECU (--:-- displayed). It can
also be used to solve other unusual issues.
Note
:
This function will return all user settings (radio station etc) to factory default.
4.7.12 10AS

Key programming (VIN locked)
Preparation
•
Ensure all keys to be programmed are available.
•
Ensure the vehicle is unlocked.
•
All the doors, including the boot, must be closed.
•
It is recommended to sit inside the vehicle with all the doors closed whilst this procedure is
performed.
Instructions
•
Select New for 2013+ vehicles.
•
Select Old for 2007 to 2012 vehicles.
Follow instructions on screen.
Renew security ID between PCM and 10AS
Usage
This operation is used when the 10AS ECU is replaced.
4.7.13 Anti-lock Braking System (ABS)

Brake bleeding (VIN locked, L319, L320, L322-06, L322-10)
This routine is used to eliminate air from the hydraulic system. It is required when the master cylinder
or any other component containing hydraulic fluid is removed or replaced.
Preparation
•
Gain access to bleeding screws located on calipers of each wheel.
•
Make sure the battery is fully charged else use a battery maintainer.
•
Two people are required for this operation. One to pump the brake pedal and one to work on
the calipers.
