The VisionXS-F-DP-HR series
KVM extenders of the
VisionXS-F-DP-HR
series consist of a computer module and a
console modules.
Connect the computer to be operated to the computer module (
VisionXS-CPU
). The
remote console is connected to the console module (
VisionXS-CON
).
Both the computer module and the console module are connected using two optical
fibres.
Signals of keyboard, mouse and DisplayPort™ video of the computer connected are
transmitted using these fibres and enable you to operate the computer remotely.
Optional connection to a KVM matrix switch
As an alternative to using the devices as stand-alone units, you can also connect the
computer modules (
CPU
) and the console modules (
CON
) of the
VisionXS-F-DP-HR
series to compatible G&D KVM matrix switches.
Use the
CPU
modules to connect computers and the
CON
modules to connect work-
stations to the matrix switch.
The above-mentioned variants are compatible with the following matrix switches:


 ControlCenter-Digital-Serie:
Version 2.5.0 or later
