Enabling/disabling a user account
How to enable or disable a user account:
1. Open the on-screen display by pressing the hotkey
Ctrl+Num
(default).
2. Press
F11
to open the
Configuration
menu.
3. Select the user account you want to enable or disable and press
F5
.
4. Select the row
Enable
and press
F8
to select one of the following options:

to save your settings.
Deleting a user account
How to delete a user account:
1. Open the on-screen display by pressing the hotkey
Ctrl+Num
(default).
2. Press
F11
to open the
Configuration
menu.
3. Select the row
Users
and press
Enter
.
4. Select the user account you want to delete and press
F4
.
5. Select the entry
Yes
from the security prompt and press
Enter
.
IMPORTANT:
If a user account is disabled, the user has no access to the KVM switch.
Yes:
User account is enabled
No:
User account is disabled
