Cleaning the cabinet
Self-maintenance
•
Before First use the cabinet should be cleaned using water and a mild
detergent.
•
Intensive use requires regular cleaning.
•
The GM2//2/22 has a maintenance free condenser. The GM2/212 has
a
lamellae condenser and this needs to be cleaned once a week using
a vacuum cleaner. When the condenser is not kept clean it will cost
€
50,- extra in energy costs each year.
•
Check and clean the magnetic seals on a regular basis. If the seal is
not airtight it will have a negative effect on the refrigeration
performance and it needs to be replaced immediately.
Version with bottle compartment
Gamko recommends cleaning the bottle compartment regularly. When
you have a cabinet with a bottle compartment, the defrost drip tray
below the evaporator needs to be cleaned twice a year related to the
label and glue residues.

Do not dismantle any fixed components when cleaning
the machine unit!

Do not use aggressive abrasives or detergents.
