Eco mode
To save battery power or just to turn off the screen completely, proceed as follows:
•
Click on "Saving" in the settings menu.
•
The red text under "Saving" will change to "Enabled".
•
If you do not operate the Birth Alarm Advanced receiver
for 10 seconds, the screen will now turn off
automatically. Apart from the screen, the Birth Alarm
Advanced receiver is still operational.
•
To turn the screen back on, tap the screen. The screen
will then light up again.

Alarm Volume
You can set the sound intensity of the Birth Alarm Advanced receiver. This can be done via the
volume buttons (6.2.3), but also via the settings screen.
To do this, proceed as follows:
•
Click on the "Alarm Volume" button.
•
You will now see a pop-up window with a red dot.
•
When you slide it from left to right, the alarm volume can
be turned up or down.
•
The sound is turned on during the time you move the red
dot so that you can judge the set volume.
•
If you are satisfied, click on "OK".
9.3.1 Vibration function
As an additional warning, the Birth Alarm Advanced receiver can emphasize an alarm or warning via
an internal vibration function. You can enable or disable this function as follows.
To do this, proceed as follows:
•
Click on the "Alarm Volume" button.
•
Under the volume slider you will see the vibration
function symbol.
•
Clicking on the vibration function icon switches the
vibration function on or off.
•
If you are satisfied, click on "OK".
9.4
Setting
the language
You can change the language in the settings menu.
To do this, proceed as follows:
•
Click on "Language". You can recognise this button by the
globe symbol.
•
You will now see a window with the languages: German,
English, French, Dutch and Swedish.
•
You can search for the language of your choice by moving
your finger vertically across the window.
•
Select the language of your choice by clicking on the circle
in front of the language.
•
Click "OK" to confirm your choice or "CANCEL" to reject it.
