In this menu, you can select different upgrade
mode by USB , HTTP or FTP,
if you get the “FTP
Upgrade [sunbird]
.txt” file, you can press [red] key
to update the FTP upgrade URL from USB, and get
to you “Http Upgrade [sunbird].txt” file, you can
press [green] key to update the HTTP upgrade
URL from USB.
Note:
You must put the
““
Http Upgrade [sunbird].txt
and
FTP
Upgrade [sunbird].txt
” file on the /ROOT DIRECTORY of
the USB storage.
11.8.1 Upgrade By USB
In Upgrade By USB Menu like below:
In this menu you can upgrade the software from USB
conveniently, in File path item press [OK] and [up /down]
key select USB
port.
If you had many upgrade files, in Upgrade File item you
can press [OK] and [up /down] key to select upgrade
files.
In Upgrade Mode item you can select the Upgrade
Mode among all; SW+ Channel list; Software, Channel
list; after you select the "Upgrade Mode" and "Upgrade
File", press [OK] key on "Start" item, the receiver can
upgrade automatically.
Note:
You must put the upgrade file on the /ROOT
DIRECTORY of the USB storage.
11.8.2 Http Upgrade
In Http Upgrade Menu like below:
When connected to the Internet, receiver can manually
or automatically make software update from file from
server.
Note:
This function depends on connection with
external server. In case of no software on server, this
function will not work.
11.8.3 FTP Upgrade
In Ftp Upgrade Menu like below:
When connected to the Ftp server, you can download
and upgrade the new software from FTP server.
Note:
This function depends on connection with external
server. In case of no software on server, this function will
not work.
