Turn On/Off Bluetooth

Swipe down from the watch face to enter the Quick Menu and then tap the Bluetooth             
icon.

or

Swipe left twice from the watch face to enter Settings. Scroll down to locate the Bluetooth 
setting.
Tap          to go to the Bluetooth screen. Then use the toggle switch to tunr it on. 
Tap to select a device to pair with.
