Attention: the light source is high brightness LED. Do not look at the light source directly.
When the indicator reaches the last level, you can use 1 light for another 5 hours. Switch off the
system when the indicator starts flashing.
The solar module can be installed outdoors; connect it
to the main box with the help of cable provided. Light bulbs can be placed in different rooms with
the help of the standard 3 m cable included for every bulb.
Through the USB plug it is possible to
charge different types of mobile phones. Standard plugs included:
Nokia 6101, 5210 and 8600 -
Anycall G600 and D800 - Motorola V3 - LG KG90 - Sony Ericsson K750 – Iphone – Blackberry –
USB.
Using the Nokia 2 mm plug, it is possible to charge also the Futura FU - Read solar reading
light (not included) or the Futura FU - Lantern solar lantern (not included).

Charging of the batteries
To charge the battery with the solar light, put the solar module under sunlight and ensure that the
solar module is directly exposed to the sun. If the module is partly shaded, it will affect and
strongly reduce the power output. If you use the Energy Station in the Southern hemisphere, the
module must face the North; if you use the Energy Station in the Northern hemisphere, the module
must face the South. Install the module by fixing it properly.
It is normal that the charger gets hot
when being charged.
Maintenance

Make sure that the product is not exposed to liquids.
•
Clean dust or dirt on the solar module with wet cloth.
•
Charge it at least once a month to prolong the battery lifespan
•
The battery must be replaced after a certain number of years of use. This must be done by an
authorized technician.
Recycling
Do not throw any of the components after discarding. To minimize pollution, please recycle them.

Warranty
The warranty period is 12 months after purchase. The warranty is invalid if the product is not used
according to the user manual provided inside every device box (or in the website
www.futurasun.it
).The warranty does not cover failures caused by wrong installation or use. The product must send
back to Futura Holding LTD, Riva del Pasubio 14, 35013 Cittadella (Pd).
Futura is not responsible for any damage. The repair must be done by an authorized technician.
The repair does not extend the warranty period.
