How To Show/Hide The Minute Marker
The Minute Marker appears at the top of the screen when displayed. It is displayed as
a dashed line, with each dash, and gap between dashes, indicating a 30 second peri-
od of time. In other words, the time from the start of one dash to the start of the next
dash is one minute.
To show/hide the time interval line, select the [Minute Marker] icon (
) from the Dis-
play menu on the InstantAccess bar™. The icon changes to green color when shown.

How To Show/Hide The Color Bar
The color bar shows the echo color scale in use, with the strongest echo color at the
top of the scale and weakest echo color at the bottom.
To show/hide the color bar, select the [Color Bar] icon (
) from the Display menu on
the InstantAccess bar™. The icon changes to green color when shown.

External Fish Finder Window
By connecting two monitors and an external fish finder and setting the equipment (at
installation) as shown in the table below, the images from the external fish finder are
displayed on the sub monitor.
When the setting for [External Fish Finder Window] is [Off], the sub monitor shows the
FCV-38 logo.
To show the external fish finder echoes on the sub display, Select the [Display] icon
(
) from InstantAccess bar™, then select the [External Echo Sounder] icon (
).
