9. Select [OTHER CURR VCT DISP.], then press the left button .
10. Select [ON], then press the left button to show
the other ship’s current vector.
Select [OFF] to hide the current vector.
11. Press the right button to go back to [TRACK 2/
2].
12. Select [CURRENT VECTOR SETTING], then
press the left button .
13. Select the number of layers for current 1, between 1 and 5, then press the left but-
ton .
Select the number of layers for current 2 and 3 in the same manner.
14. Press the MENU key to close the menu.
5.1.4 How to set the own ship’s track recording
Hide own ship’s track
You can hide the own ship track when it is not required. This can save memory.
1. Press PLOT INTVL key several times to select the (H) icon at the top-left of the
screen.
To press the key to change the icon “Plot interval 1”, “Plot interval 2” and “Halt”.
2. Press PLOT INTVL key to cancel the halt.
Show/hide the own ship’s track while recording is halted
You can show/hide the own ship’s track while the track recording is halted.
1. Open the [MAIN MENU].
2. Select [TRACK], then press the
left button .
3. Select [DISP. STOPPED TRACKS], then press
the left button .
4. Select [OFF], then press the left button to hide
the track.
To show the track, select [ON] and press the
left button .
5. Press the MENU key to close the menu.
Plotting a track while recording is halted
You can join a track, from the halt point to the release point.
