Insert the 5 casters (#2) into the 5-star
base (#1). Then insert the gas lift
cylinder (#3) into the 5-star base and
the cylinder cover (#4) over the gas lift
cylinder (#3).
I.
Align the seat plate with handle
(#5) with the pre-drilled holes
on the bottom of the seat (#7).
II.
Insert 4 screws (#A) through
the holes of the seat plate with
handle (#5) and secure those
screws using the Allen wrench
(#F) to lock them with the seat
(#7).
III.
Align the two armrests (#8) with
the pre-drilled holes on the
bottom of the seat (#7).
IV.
Prepare 6 screw assemblies by
inserting the flat washer (#D)
onto the screw (#C).
V.
Insert the screw assemblies
through the pre-drilled holes on
the bottom of the armrest (#8)
and secure those screws using
the Allen wrench (#F) to lock
them with the seat (#7).
