Telemeter
The <HLX Module Error> message is displayed.
Cause : There is a communication error with the telemetry unit.
Solution : A broken wire or failure of the Telemetry unit can be considered.
Contact your nearest service representative
There is no reception at the telemetry center.
Cause : The channel ID or group ID does not match the telemetry receiver.
Solution : Set the correct channel ID and group ID.
The <HLX Invalid Setting> message is displayed.
Cause : The telemetry channel setting is outside the allowable range.
Solution : Make sure the channel number is within the allowable range on “Initial Setup” >
“Telemeter Setup” > “Channel”.
The <HLX Data Saving Error> message is displayed.
Cause : The set value cannot be written to HLX-801.
Solution : Reboot the equipment. If the same message is repeatedly displayed, a failure of the
equipment can be considered. Contact our service representative.
The <HLX Check Connection> message is displayed.
Cause : The connection with the HLX-801 is interrupted.
Solution : Check the connection between the HLX-801 and this equipment.
Make sure that [HLX] is set for “Telemeter Port” (“Initial Setup” > “Communication
Setup”).
ECG
ECG waveform contains noise.
Cause 1 : The electrode contact is poor.
Electrical blanket or other noise source is near the patient.
Solution : - Attach the electrodes firmly.
- Replace the lead cable if defective.
- If any noise source is near the patient, locate it away from the patient as much as
possible.
Cause 2 : EMG is interfering.
Solution : Change the electrode site to a location where EMG will less likely to interfere.
Heart rate is not counted, and <ECG Check Electrodes> message is displayed.
Cause : The electrode of the displayed lead type is detached, or is not making good electrical
contact with the skin. If the lead type is not displayed, 2 or more electrodes are
detached.
Solution : Check the electrode application.
Replace the electrode, or check the lead cable.
The <ECG Check Electrodes> message is displayed.
Cause : The electrode is not making good electrical contact with the skin.
Solution : Check if the electrodes are properly attached.
Replace the electrode, or check the lead cable.
ECG waveform is in the baseline position.
The lead-off condition may have occurred by the following causes.
