6703910 The built-in fan high-speed periodical diagnosis
activates every few hours, and the built-in fan
operates at high speed. At this time, fan speed of the
built-in fan goes up to the maximum, which increases
the fan noise of the built-in fan. Note - Fixed in System Firmware 7.1.6.d or later.

The fan high-speed test has no impact on system.
