5 Connectors
In this chapter, the connectors of the SK-MB91594-208M04 are described.
5.1 OCD Connector (X1)
With the OCD connector (on chip debugging) it is possible to flash the MCU and debug the
program via a single wire interface. However, this requires the additional MB2100-01-E
Embedded Emulator device (not provided with this starter-kit). The centre pin of the
connector X1 is connected to the MCU pin 134 (DEBUGIF). The following picture shows the
connections of X1.
There also is the possibility to access the DEBUGIF signal via Test Point TP3.
5.2 Power Connector (X2)
The following picture shows the power connector X2. A regulated DC power supply of 9V
that can support at least 500mA can be attached to power the board. The anode of the
power connector is the centre pin and the ground is connected to the shield. The board is
protected against an interchange of the pins.
5.3 Power Headers (J1-J3)
J1, J2 and J3 are standard 2.54mm pitch headers. The following table explains these
headers.

5.4 Video Input Header (J4)
J4 header offers an alternate way of video input apart from the Video Jack X12. It is
explained below.
