10.2.5 Installing the processor

Hold the processor between your thumb and index finger and align it at the
socket coding.

CAUTION!

The processor can only be installed in one direction. Make sure that:

–

the recesses on the processor (A) are aligned with the
corresponding markings on the socket (B)

–

the notches of the processor are aligned with the protrusions of
the socket (see circle)

To avoid damaging the spring contacts, do not force the processor
into the socket.
