Unit

A preinstalled CD-RAM drive unit can be changed to the internal DVD-RAM unit.

7.8.1 Installation Location

The internal DVD-ROM unit is installed to the following CD-ROM bay.

The following DVD-RAM unit can be installed on this server.

• Before installing/removing internal options to/from the server, turn off the 

server, all peripheral devices, and any other connected devices. Also unplug 
all power cables from the outlet. Failure to do so can cause electric shock.

• Use our genuine internal options only. Failure to do so may cause a device 

failure, fire, or electric shock.

• Do not touch the circuitry on boards and soldered parts. Hold the metallic 

areas or the edge of the circuit boards.
