Ports for external devices
The ports for external devices are on the rear of the server. Which ports are
available on your server depend on the boards installed. The ports are indicated
by symbols. The following figure shows the symbols for the standard ports.

2 = PS/2 mouse interface
3 = Serial interface 4 = Parallel interface
5 = Monitor interface

Some of the devices that you connect require special drivers (see the
documentation for the connected device).
Connecting the keyboard
Ê Plug the round plug of the keyboard cable into the keyboard port on the
server.
Ê Plug the other connector of the keyboard cable into the socket on the
underside of the keyboard.
