Cursor switch
The Cursor switch moves the position of the cursor in the status display LCD.

Decision switch
The Decision switch acts upon the symbol or command indicated by the cursor in the
status display LCD.

The power switch is used to turn the main unit power on or off.

Message display function
The following messages are displayed automatically on the operator panel:

Operating state during power-on diagnosis
l
Operating state of power supply, AC input, fan, and intake air temperature and
humidity
l
State of each partition, and error information for each component
l
Information about the device whose power supply is controlled by the main unit.
When any of the switches is pressed or the information that is displayed on the state
indication LCD is modified, the state indication LCD backlight goes on. If the
switches are not operated for a certain period of time and the displayed information is
not modified while the backlight is on, the backlight goes out automatically.
Electric shock
The power that is supplied to the main unit cannot be turned off with the power switch
alone.
The main unit has several power cables. To turn off all power to the main unit, after
the power switch has been turned off, disconnect all of these power cables.
