8.3.1 Control status registers (PCNH, PCNL)
The control status register (PCNH, PCNL) controls the PWM timer and indicates the
status of the timer. Note that some bits cannot be rewritten while the PWM timer is
operating.

Control status registers (PCNH, PCNL)
The register configuration of the control status registers is shown below.
[Bit 15] CNTE: Timer enable bit
This bit enables operation of the 16-bit down timer.
[Bit 14] TGR: Software trigger bit
When this bit is set to 1, a software trigger is activated. Whenever this bit is read, a value of
0 is returned.
