This user’s guide contains information on using the dual battery
charger. We strongly recommend that you read this guide before
using the battery charger.
BATTERY CHARGER COMPONENTS
The battery charging station (referred to in this document as the
“charger”) is a versatile device that allows you to charge a
variety of different battery packs simultaneously.
The charger consists of the following components:
• Charger base with built-in AC adapter
• U. S. power cord
Additionally, removable adapter modules are required to
accommodate your specific battery types.
The adapter
modules must be ordered separately from the charger.
BATTERY CHARGER FEATURES
Refer to Figure 1 for the location of the following features.
Charger Base.
The charger base holds the adapter modules
and contains the power supply.
Power Indicator.
The power indicator shows whether power
is applied to the charger. When the power cord is disconnected
and/or the power switch is shut off, this indicator is off. When
power is applied, this indicator is solid green.
Indicator LEDs.
Each of the battery bays has two LEDs asso-
ciated with it: The upper LEDs indicate charge level (as detailed
in the table below); the lower LEDs indicate a battery error.
