Reconfiguring the AdvancedCopy Manager Copy Control Module configuration information

To use the AdvancedCopy Manager Copy Control Module, set the device information again in accordance with the following
procedure:

1.

Confirm the registered ETERNUS Disk storage system by executing the acarray list command.

Confirm the detailed information of the registered ETERNUS Disk storage system by executing the acarray detail command.

Remove all of the registered ETERNUS Disk storage system by executing the acarray remove command.

Successful completion.

4.

Re-register all of the ETERNUS Disk storage systems that were removed in step 3 by executing the acarray add command.

When the ETERNUS Disk storage system was registered by specifying a nonexistent drive letter or device name in the previous
version of AdvancedCopy Manager CCM, re-register its ETERNUS Disk storage system as a remote device.

5.

Perform the following operations with Web Console to reload the server information.

a.

On the global navigation tab, click Storage.
The registered ETERNUS Disk storage systems are displayed in the Main pane.

b.

On the Main pane, check the target ETERNUS Disk storage system checkbox.

c.

On the Action pane, click Reload Conf. under Storage.

5.1.4.8  Uninstalling Symfoware

In the version level of this ETERNUS SF Manager, Symfoware is not used.
Symfoware should only be installed in cases where it was used by ETERNUS SF Manager only.
