Set each item under "Customer Information" and "Communication Environment 
Information" in the [Setup Remote Support] screen.

The set information is sent to the Remote Support center, and the connection between the 
ETERNUS DX60/DX80/DX90 and Remote Support center is checked. The result of con-
nection check is sent to "Mail Address".
