If you are editing a backup application specific user, you cannot change the
Username
.
Username
(Optional) Select a different backup application
specific user to edit.
New Password
Enter the password for the backup application
specific user.
Confirm New Password
Enter the password again to confirm it.
Description
(Optional) Enter a brief description of the backup
application specific user.
3. Click
Apply
.
Deleting a Backup Application Specific User
Delete a backup application specific user if the user credentials are no longer needed to
authenticate devices on a media server.
To delete a backup application specific user, select the user and click
Delete
.
You can select multiple users to delete at once.

Scheduler
The
Scheduler
page allows you to manage scheduled events on the ETERNUS CS800,
including replication and replication throttling, e-mail reports, healthchecks, and space
reclamation. With schedules, you specify when certain events should occur, and the system
automatically performs those events at the specified time. Events can be one-time only, or
they can reoccur at defined intervals. To access the
Scheduler
page, click the
Configuration
menu, and then click the
Scheduler
tab (see
).
