Using your notebook
Modules (device-dependent)
Modulebay Modules
The design of your notebook enables the fl exible use of notebook batteries and drives. More
information about the available modules can be found under "Technical Data" in the EasyGuide.
The position of the module and the ejection mechanism varies depending on the
particular device. Below you will
fi nd two descriptions for the removal and installation
of modules. Please choose the matching description for your device.

Only use modules designed for your notebook.
Do not use force when installing or removing the module.
Make sure that no foreign objects enter the module bay.
You can replace modules during operation. This means you do not
need to switch off the notebook.
To replace a module, simply click on the corresponding icon in the
task bar and then on
Exit or Select - Exit .
Then you can simply remove the module.
