User
By adding users, the terminal can be shared with multiple
users (a function available by users and guests).

From the Home screen,

[Settings]
→
[Device management]
→
[User]

Set required items
You (XXX) :
The current user. Tap to edit the user names
and icons.
(User name) :
Registered user names are displayed. Tap to
switch users.
・
Set whether to permit a user to use the phone/SMS
function and delete a user by tapping
of the user
while the owner is using.
Guest :
Tap when the terminal is used by persons other
than registered users.
・
Set whether to permit a guest to use the phone function
by tapping
of the guest while the owner is using.
Add user :
Add a user to register.
・
The initial settings are required every time a user is
added. Set according to the instruction on the screen.

INFORMATION
・
Up to 5 users for the owner and guests in total can be
registered.
・
On the owner's terminal, "Owner" is displayed below the user
name.
・
The display of user names varies depending on the names
registered at the initial settings of the terminal.
- When both the first and last names are registered or when
only the first names are registered: the first names are
displayed
- When only the last names are registered: the last names are
displayed
- When the first and last names are not registered at the
initial settings: If My Profile (
P76) is registered, the
registered contents are displayed.

To change a user name, tap the user name while using it
→
Enter a user name
→
Tap [OK].
・
To delete a user while using it, tap [MENU]
→
[Delete (user
name) from this device].
・
To delete a guest while using it, tap [Remove guest] or
[MENU]
→
[Delete Guest from this device].
・
When a security unlock preference which requires
authentication is selected, open the notification panel (
and tap
, you cannot add a new user or guest.
To permit to add users, tap [MENU]
→
Place a check mark in
[Add users when device is locked] while the owner is using.
・
While a user or a guest is using, the displayed functions are
different or the use of the applications or functions are
limited.
