If a fault occurs, attempt to rectify it in accordance with the measures set out
below:

disk array controller used.
If you cannot rectify the fault, proceed as follows:

Note the steps that you have performed and the state which was active when
the error occurred. Note also any error message which may have been
displayed.
Ê
Switch OFF the connected server.
Ê
Switch OFF the storage subsystem and pull out the power plug.
