Follow the steps; write down the error information,
call FUJIFILM SonoSite customer support, and
power off the system.
Transducer is not
recognized by the
system
l
Disconnect the transducer, then reconnect the
transducer.
l
Clean the transducer interface on the system using a
compressed air duster—never use a cloth or wipes
as the pins on the connector could be damaged by
direct contact.
Patient data is
corrupted
l
Patient data will not be available to be review,
archive or export.
l
When exporting or archiving patient data, ensure that
the USB device or Ethernet cable you are using, is
not removed before the process is complete.
