Startup
: Specify the system state you want to see when you start and log into
the system: home screen, patient entry, completed exams or scanning.
l
Display Brightness
: You can adjust the brightness of the clinical display or the
control panel to compensate for the level of light in the room in which the
system is located. Do either or both of the following:
o
Drag the upper slider for the clinical display
o
Drag the lower slider for the control panel
l
Default Save Type
: When you want to save an image in the mode window, you
can decide if the save button will be a
Save Clip
or a
Save Frame
button.
l
System Sounds
: Adjust the volume of system sounds by tapping and dragging
the sliders of either the
Keyboard Tones
or
Saving Tones
. You can also
choose to mute the system sounds by tapping the speaker icons,
to
to
mute sounds, tap again to enable sounds.
o
Keyboard Tones: Enable if you want to hear a tone when the keyboard
keys are tapped
o
Saving Tones: Enable if you want to hear a tone when saving images
Note:
You will hear the sound at the selected volume after a new volume
has been selected.

Foot Switch Configuration
: If you have a foot switch, you can define the
function of the left and right foot switches. Tap the drop down to select the
function to assign to the selected foot switch:
o
2D Scanning
o
Reset Preset
o
Save Clip (left default)
o
Save Frame
o
Unfreeze/Freeze (right default)
