 Charging the Battery

The battery is not charged at shipment.  Before use, charge 
the battery in the supplied battery charger.

An NP-T125 rechargeable battery is supplied with the camera.

• 

Charging takes about 140 minutes.

Connect the plug adapter.

  The plug adapter supplied with the camera varies with the coun-

try or region of purchase; use the adapter appropriate to your 
country or region as described in the enclosed notice.

Place the battery in the charger.

Insert the battery in the orientation 
shown by the arrow.

3 

Plug the charger in.

Plug the charger into an indoor pow-
er outlet.  The charging indicator will 
light.

4 

Charge the battery.

Remove the battery when charging is complete.
