Shooting Mode
Use this option to combine two shots taken from
diff erent angles to create a
C
picture. Use in
macro mode, to create
C
pictures of distant ob-
ject, and in other situations in which the desired
results can not be achieved in
B
(auto) mode.

Choose the order in which the shots will be
taken (left fi rst or right fi rst) using the

TURN
option in the shooting menu (pg. 61).

Take the fi rst shot.

Note
To exit without taking the second shot, press
DISP/
BACK
or turn the camera off . Note that the camera
will turn off and shooting will be cancelled if no
operations are performed for the length of time se-
lected for

The fi rst shot will be superimposed on the
view through the lens. Using the fi rst shot as
a guide, reposition the camera and take the
second shot to create a
C
picture. Note that
the 3D eff ect may not be visible if the paral-
lax between the two positions is too great; the
best results will be achieved if the distance the
camera is moved between the two shots is
between
