11.3 Checking the Calibration Results
The calibration results can be checked after the calibration.
(1) Start up the RU PC-TOOL and back up the CORRECT DATA.
{MU2:1.13_BACKUP}
(2) Open the files written below with the Word Pad.
- Gain calibration: PanelCorrectSensitivity.txt
In the case of 150,8000, the restoration of the machine-specific data failed.
Restore the machine-specific data again.
