Troubleshooting



Clearing Paper Jams From the Optional 250 Sheet Feeder

NOTE:

•

To resolve the error displayed on the LCD panel, you must clear all print media from the print media path.

Pull the optional 250 sheet feeder from the printer about 200 mm.

Hold the optional 250 sheet feeder with both hands, and remove it from the printer.

Pull the rear door handle to open the rear door.

Remove the jammed paper.
