Canceling a Print Job From the Computer (Windows)
• Canceling a Print Job From the Taskbar
When you send a job to print, a small printer icon appears in the right corner of the taskbar.

Double-click the printer icon.
A list of print jobs appears in the printer window.

Select the job you want to cancel.

Press the
Delete
key.

Click
Yes
on the
Printers
dialog box to cancel a print job.

Minimize all programs to reveal the desktop.

A list of available printers appears.

When you send a job to print, a printer icon appears in the Dock.

Click the printer dock icon.
The print queue appears.

Select the job you want to cancel.

For Mac OS X 10.5, Mac OS X 10.6, and Mac OS X 10.7, click
Delete
.
For OS X 10.8 and OS X 10.9, click
X
(Delete Job).
