NOTE:
The documents which are saved in the confidential box or the bulletin board
will not be printed, even at the print start time.
NOTE:
When the print end time is passed, the documents which are saved in the
confidential box or the bulletin board, and the reports/ lists cannot be printed out, even
manually. To print them, change the setting to [Always On].
Transfer Document
Specify how a received fax is to be processed by the machine.
NOTE:
If the number of documents
scheduled for transmission exceeds 64
when [Transfer] or [Transfer & Print] is
selected, a communication error will occur
and the machine will be unable to receive any document.
NOTE:
If received documents are forwarded to a forwarding recipient, and the fax
number of the machine is also specified as a forwarding recipient for the counterpart
machine, an endless loop cycle could result.
• Save – Saves a received fax on the machine. The saved document can be deleted,
transferred or printed from the screen which is called by pressing the <Job Status>
button.
• Transfer – Forwards a received fax to a specified destination. You can select the fax
number of the destination from the Address Book. When [Enter Speed Dial] is
selected, you can specify the fax number of the destination using the One Touch
Dial button, or Speed Dial code. To complete specifying the fax number, press the
<Enter> button.
NOTE:
The maximum number of transfer destinations in one batch is 200.
• Transfer & Print – Forwards a received fax to a specified destination and prints it out
simultaneously. You can select the fax number of the destination from the Address
Book. When [Enter Speed Dial] is selected, you can specify the fax number using
the One Touch Dial button, or Speed Dial code.
NOTE:
The maximum number of transfer destinations in one batch is 200.
• Print – Prints out a received fax immediately.
F Code
Use this feature to configure the default settings for receiving faxes using F Codes.
NOTE:
If an F Code is set for the received
document, the code is checked for the
number of recipient copies, the bulletin
board and confidential box (transfer), in that
order. If there is no applicable code, a communications error will result.
After selecting from the displayed F Code list, press the <Enter> button. Then select
the following items to continue the necessary settings.
