(a) Motor does not rotate
(i) Step 1
Press repeatedly until appears.
(ii) Step 2
(*1) 1[sec] min.
(*2) Displays current (present) status

Base off. Motor has no drive force.

Free run [BX] turned on.
Running is available.
Proceed to (iii) Step 3
Stopped with

OT is detected.

OT] by on.
Stopped by speed zero at [EMG] input.
Reset [EMG] by on.
Remark : The control input [CONT] is amplifier can be checked on the touch panel.
Motor does not rotate

Supply commercial power to amplifier
LED (CHARGE) lit on from panel
Check the connection of :
•
Motor power to U, V, W of amplifier
•
Encoder to CN2
Amplifier and motor connected
Check the control input/output signal on CN1
Remedy as per (3). If alarm is detected, display is headed by AL.
Alarm lit of 7 segment LED
24[V] DC supplied to CN1 [P24]
and [M24]
Unless 24[V] DC is supplied all control input signals are invalidated.
