5. Place ONE UMBRELLA MOUNT BOLT (E-1) thru 
ONE UMBRELLA MOUNT WASHER (E-2) and 
THREAD it into the HOLE closest to you in the 
UMBRELLA MOUNT (B).  THREAD it in LOOSELY 
with the ALLEN KEY (M).  Do NOT TIGHTEN yet.
