Mounting the 24 V
inerior heating
system
WARNING!
Danger due to incorrectly performed work.

► This modification may only be performed by suitably trained and skilled electricians!
Follow the safety rules given in the Operating Instructions of the unreeling device!
Mount the housing for the safety isolating transformer on the side where the side guard
panel for the braking mechanism is located.
Pierce the rubber lead-through , pull through the 24 V supply leads and arrange them
in the inside of the housing. When piercing the rubber lead-through, make sure that
the resulting opening is not too large.
– The rubber lead-through and supply leads must leave an air-tight seal.
[A] to [C] ... Mounting the housing for the safety isolating transformer (Dismounting the
housing for the safety isolating transformer: (1) to ( 3)
– The protective film [S] must be located between the safety isolating transformer
and the VR 4040.
Place the heating module into the housing and connect up the supply leads in accord -
ance with the circuit diagram.
(1) to (3) ... take off the side guard panel
