2. TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS
2.1. MACHINE GENERAL DESCRIPTION
- The machine is predisposed to weight each pallet;
- The weighing device is electronic and it is equipped with display that
shows the weight, not for tax purposes;
- The weighing device can be connected (with serial cable RS 232) to
a computer to record the values;
- The machine is equipped with a series of safety devices designed to avoid any
harm befalling the operator or other persons who come into contact
with the machine in any way. The machine is produced in a range of
different models in order to suit market requirements.
2.1.1 MAIN COMPONENTS
The list shows the description of the components and the main functions:
A)
Base: it is the main structure of the balance;
B)
Strain gauge “Loading cell”: it detects the weight of the wrapped loads;
C)
Control console: contains the user interface for the calibration and weighing of
pallets;
D) Fixing the load cell foot.
