4.14.1 Manual - Manual operation

System menu

Manual

Manual operation

When exiting the “Manual operation” menu, all active
parameters are automatically set to “OFF”! The parameters
displayed depend on the boiler configuration!

Manual fuel feed

▪ ON: Grate closes, back-fire flap slide valve opens, then

the stoker screw starts.

WARNING! Overfilling hazard!

WOS drive

▪ ON: The heat exchanger cleaning system is activated.

NOTICE! With PE1c Pellet, the WOS is activated via a

combined drive with the ash screw!

Ignition

▪ ON: The hot air blower / ignition rod for igniting the fuel

is activated.

Back burn flap drive

▪ ON: Burn back flap is opened.

Manual filling of pellet container (only starts when gate

valve is open)

▪ ON: The gate valve of the pellet container opens, the

container is then filled with pellets until the switch point

of the level sensor is reached. If the container is full the

“Pellet container level” value is set to 100%.

Grate - Drive

▪ FORWARD: Close grate
▪ BACK: Open grate
