COLOR FRONT HUB  QR15 x 100mm & BOOST 15x110mm

DISASSEMBLY:
1. Remove the o-ring seal "H" and pull out "F"

caps.
2. Using a round aluminum chisel, gently pry

slightly.
3. Insert the round chisel inside the axle "E"

until it rests against the opposite bearing.

Tap the bearing "C" on the inside with the

chisel with firm strokes until the bearing comes

out.
4. If the bearing opposite the front brake disc

is removed, there will be 2 washers "G" inter-

posed between bearing "C" and hub axle "E" with

a flare inside the hub, while on the disc side

there will be only 1.
5. Extract the internal axle "E" and remove the

second bearing "C" from the inside of the hub

towards the outside.
6. Clean and proceed to reassemble the hub fol-

lowing the instructions below.

1. Grease with water-repellent grease the

seats of the hub where the bearings "C" will be

positioned.
2. Insert 2 washers "G" 31,7x23x0,1mm with the

countersink facing the inside of the hub.
3. Insert bearing "C" 20x32x7mm with the help

of a rubber hammer.
4. Turn the body of the hub "L" with the disc

side facing upwards and insert the axle "E" on

the inside, making it fit into the washers "G"

previously assembled.
5. Insert 1 washer "G" with the countersink

facing the inside of the hub and mount the

second bearing "C".
6. Grease the bearings "C" with water-repel-

lent grease and insert the caps "F".
7. Position the sealing O Rings "H" in the
appropriate seat on both sides.

ADJUSTMENT OF BEARING PLAY

After about 1000 km from the purchase of the

wheels, it is necessary to adjust the lateral

play of the front and rear wheels by removing

the  washers "G". For the lifespan of each

bearing kit, perform this operation by remov-

ing one shim at a time. Once you have removed

both washers and your wheel has some play, it

is time to replace the bearing kit and rein-

stall the washers.
