6.3.1 Assembling the crushing plates

The fixed and movable crushing plates have different

forms.

NOTICE!
Hold the crushing jaw firmly! The part weighs approx.

6.5 kg.

1.

Open the front cover.

2.

Hold the fixed crushing jaw firmly by the handle intended for this

purpose and pull out the guide pin.

3.

Lift the crushing jaw out of the device.

1 Unscrew
After unscrewing the clamping strip, the crushing plate can be taken out,

and the replacement plate - or the previously used plate which was hori-

zontally turned over - can be inserted and screwed on again using the

clamping strip.

NOTICE!
Make sure the crushing plates on the right and left

sides protrude somewhat beyond the crushing jaws.
