Service – Diagnostics
Diagnostics:
The Service page is broken into 4 basic
categories: Diagnostics, Communications, Software, and
Screen Calibration.
The “Diagnostics” page shown above provides the follow-
ing features:
Show Ethernet Port Settings – provides all pertinent eth-
ernet port information for the IP address of the controller
being viewed.
Ping The Below IP Address – Confirm connectivity of a
known IP address and the network.
Download System Data – Download all system operating
data to a USB thumb-drive.
Check I/O Integrity – The I/O Integrity check determines
if there are any I/O configuration conflicts where a board
and channel are configured in two or more places. This
check is also done every time a board and channel are
configured.
