Description

When the serial network Master comes back up, the I/O Master breaks
the link with the Slave to re-establish a link with the serial network
Master.

After the I/O Master is linked to the serial network Master, then the I/O
Slave are able to link back to the I/O Master.

With a lower

setting, the I/O Master is more likely to
drop the link to its serial network Master when the incoming signal
becomes poor.
