ADJUSTMENT OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DRIVE BELT

TRACK TENSION ADJUSTMENT
Periodically check the tension of the tracks .
1-
Move the tracked mini dumper to a flat and stable place (Fig. 121).
2-
Lift the load bed and insert the special safety bracket (Fig. 122).
3-
Place a measuring rod or joist on the tracks.
4-
Place a weight of about 20kg in the centre of the track and check that there is a space of 20-
25mm between the rod and the surface of the track (Fig. 123-124).
5-
If this distance is not respected, it is necessary to act on the track tensioner placed inside the
frame. Loosen the lock nut (1) and screw the bolt (2) until the exact measurement is obtained
(Fig. 125) then tighten the lock nut.
IMPORTANT: after adjusting the tracks check that the machine is
working properly. If operation is abnormal, contact an Authorized
Workshop or, if there are none, contact F.lli CAMISA Company directly.
