WARNING
Risk of fire and explosion
R600a refrigerant is highly flammable. If it escapes, it presents a fire and ex-
plosion risk.
a)
When transporting and installing the cooling unit, make sure that no part
of the refrigeration circuit is damaged.
b)
Installation may only be performed by an authorized Franke specialist.
c)
The appliance must be installed in a room with sufficient space.
d)
Make sure that the air vents of the appliance and the closed cabinet in
which the appliance is installed are never blocked or obstructed.
e)
Maintenance work may be performed by qualified service personnel only.
f)
Do not use the appliance if it exhibits any signs of damage.
g)
To avoid damaging the refrigeration circuit, do not use mechanical de-
vices or any other means to accelerate the defrosting process.
h)
Never use jets of water or harmful substances to clean the cooling unit.
i)
Do not expose the cooling unit to sources of heat.
j)
In case of malfunction, disconnect the cooling unit from the power sup-
ply.
k)
In case of refrigerant leaks, avoid any naked flames. Move anything
flammable away from the appliance and ventilate the room immediately.
l)
In case of fire, use powder extinguishers.
