12. Maintenance and care
The tap must be checked and maintained at regular intervals in accordance with the
water quality and the local conditions and rules and regulations applicable at the site
(DIN EN 806-5).
Maintain the following components:
• Filter (see Chapter 16.)
Use suitable cleaning agents which do not attack the tap in a proper manner and
rinse with water after use. High-pressure cleaners must not be used for cleaning.
13. Replacing the filter
Water volume regulator filter
13.1
Unscrew the locking screws (a) on the water volume regulators.
13.2
Replace the filters (b).

Important!
Note the installation position of the filters.
13.3
Reassemble in reverse order.
14. Replacing the ring sensor
14.1
Use a hexagonal wrench to close the water volume regulator.
14.2
Disconnect the electronics module from the system cable.
14.3
Disassemble the drain pipe (a).
14.4
Disassemble the drain valve (b) and the ring sensor (c).

Before reassembly, apply thermal paste (to be provided by customer) to the ring
sensor evenly. Avoid air transitions around the entire perimeter.

Reassemble in reverse order.
