 Remove the 6 battery fixing screws (fig. 4.3.2); 

 If necessary, heat the connections with a heat gun to soften the sealant in the fittings. 

 Slightly tilt the battery in order to push out the fittings (fig. 4.3.3); 

 Unscrew the connections with a parrot spanner while holding the fittings on the coil with a 33 

(on AP30 - AP35 - AP40) or 41 (on AP50 - AP60 - AP70 - AP80 - AP100) spanner (fig. 4.4), 
and disconnect the water supply and return hoses; 

 Push the battery back into the casing of the unit and pull it out through the opening at the top 

(fig. 4.3.5)
