This option is used to limit CPU ratio to minimum if CPU supports,then
user can furthest overclock external frequency to improve performance.

CPU Clock Ratio
This option is used to set the radio of an unlocked CPU.

This option is used to set PCI Bus Clock.

Auto Detect PCI Clk
This option is used to set whether the clock of an unused PCI slot will be
disabled to reduce electromagnetic interference.

If you enable spread spectrum, it can signifiantly reduce the EMI(Electro-Mag
netic Interference)generated by the system.
