Electrical Systems - Section H

Wiper - If equipped, the WIPER switch activates the

starboard wind shield wiper. The wiper will self park.

Transom Trim Switch - If equipped, this switch is

installed at the transom of the boat. This switch allows

one to trim the outdrive up or down from the transom

conveniently by pressing the switch in the desired

direction. See Figure H10.

B. Installation of Additional 12 Volt Equip ment

Non-factory in stalled 12 volt accessory equipment can

be con nected to the “ACC” switch(s) on the dash.

Be sure to provide proper fuse or circuit break-

er protection for all 12 volt equip ment that is

installed. DO NOT overload the accessory

circuitry by installing too much additional 12 volt

equipment.

C. Interior Equipment

Stereo

- On the SL models, the AM/FM/CD stereo is

mounted on the helm. See Figure H11. The face plate

opens to access the CD slot. See Figure H12. The

speak ers are in stalled within the side bulkheads or

seat bases depending on the model.

A stereo remote is available and is installed at the

transom. If equipped, one can control the stereo

functions conveniently without having to go to the

helm. See Figure H13.
