RECOVERY TOWING
Your vehicle has frame-
mounted front and rear
recovery hooks. There
are many precautions
that need to be
addressed before using
the recovery hooks.
See the
Crash and
Breakdown Information
chapter of your
Owner’s
Manual
before using the recovery hooks.
STABILIZER BAR DISCONNECT*
Press the
button on the instrument panel to
switch on the system. The stabilizer bar disconnects
when the vehicle speed is below 20 mph (32 km/h). An
amber indicator illuminates to show that the stabilizer
bar is disconnected. When the vehicle speed exceeds
20 mph (32 km/h), the stabilizer bar reconnects and
a gray indicator illuminates indicating the system is in
standby mode. The stabilizer bar disconnects again
once the vehicle speed is below 20 mph (32 km/h).
The stabilizer bar system also turns on and disconnects
when you select the Rock Crawl drive mode.
HILL DESCENT CONTROL*
This feature can maintain vehicle speeds on downhill
grades between 2–20 mph (3–32 km/h). Above 20
mph (32 km/h), the system remains on but the
descent speed cannot be set or maintained.
To switch this feature on and set the descent speed, do
the following:
1. Press the hill descent
button in the console
mounted G.O.A.T. MODES control. A light in the
instrument cluster illuminates when the system
is active.
2. To increase or decrease the descent speed, press the
accelerator or brake pedal, or use the SET + and SET -
buttons on the steering wheel. Once you reach the
preferred speed remove your feet from the pedals.

Owner’s Manual.
